Tewkesbury Rural District is part of Girlguiding Tewkesbury Division in Gloucestershire. As well as our own unit meetings we have opportunities to take part in Division, County, National and International events. You will find information about some of the events and activities on this site plus links to Girl Guiding UK webpages and other Guiding sites.

Thanks to everyone who helped Twyning Brownies
raise £301.47 for the "Forever Angels Baby Home"

Thanks to all Brownies, Parents, Friends and Supporters who helped raise £301.47 for the Forever Angels Baby Home in Tanzania. A cheque for this amount plus a separate generous donation of £50 has been handed to Lucinda Heeks for her to present to the home during her forthcoming visit. Some items left over from the sale have been given to Mary Heeks for her monthly sale table in the Church and local charity shops have been given the rest. Thanks again to every one who helped, donated items and attended the event. Our best wishes also to Lucinda on her African Adventure.
